Connected Self Therapy
Understand Yourself Deeply. Create Lasting Change.
About Connected Self Therapy
Connected Self Therapy is a North Texas psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing warm, evidence-based therapy for adults, teens, and couples. We specialize in anxiety and related concerns, including excessive worry, overthinking, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, and self-criticism. Our practice is designed for thoughtful, self-aware individuals who understand why they struggle but feel stuck in the same patterns. We believe that meaningful change comes from developing a deeper understanding of yourself, recognizing unhelpful patterns, and building a healthier relationship with your emotions.
Our therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and interpersonal approaches. We work collaboratively, relationally, and without judgment, helping you understand both your internal experiences and your relationships. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, or the gap between feeling 'high functioning' on the outside while struggling internally, Connected Self Therapy is here to support you in creating lasting, meaningful change.
